Our production line includes high speed CNC machines, a drill tapping machine, and 8 of our machines permanently operate in a temperature controlled environment.

Our production process is set up to high standards and includes a fully equipped temperature controlled quality room.

Our Equipment
We run 3/4/5-axis vertical machining cells with on-machine probing and disciplined tool management in temperature-controlled areas.
- Control: in-process probing (datum/offset checks), tool-life monitoring, SPC on criticals

Typical production capability: 0.002–0.003 mm on key features (part-dependent)

Materials: aluminum (incl. die-cast), stainless/tool steels, copper alloys, engineering plastics, select titanium

Finish in flow: precision deburr, anodize/nickel/black oxide, cosmetic handling
Verification drives release. Our metrology lab closes the loop from DFM to PPAP to production.

CMM (scanning/tactile): GD&T verification for position, parallelism, concentricity, etc.

3D profilometry/optical: surface topography, flatness/warp maps, roughness; sub-micron resolution instruments

Quality system: FAI/PPAP, GR&R, lot traceability, archived programs and reports; calibrated gauges on schedule

Reporting: ballooned print, CMM data (PDF/CSV), profilometry maps, SPC run charts available with shipments
