Custom Made Parts
We manufacture only to customer-designed specs—GD&T, materials, finishes, and inspection criteria as called out. DFM suggestions are documented; deviations require your approval/ECN.
From special material such as Titanium, Tungstun, to special processes such as MIM (metal injection molding) or Hydro dipping, our services and expertise covers an expansive range of industries.

Legacy & Obsolete Replacement Parts
When an OEM discontinues a part or lead times spike, we build form/fit/function-equivalent replacements to keep your line running. Using Hexagon CMMs and Keyence 3D profilometry, we capture critical features, select the right process (CNC, casting, MIM, extrusion + secondary), and ship line-ready parts with PPAP/FAI on request.
Every part is released with evidence: ballooned drawing, CMM report (0.001 mm spec/res), and profilometry maps (to 0.0004 mm resolution). Where allowed, we can improve materials or coatings for longer life or lower cost—differences are documented and approved before production. We do not use OEM logos or claim OEM origin.

Plastic Injection Molding
Material selection, DFM/moldflow guidance, and tool build to hit cosmetic and tolerance targets—fast T1s and disciplined revisions.
Insert/overmolding, textured surfaces, and post-op machining/printing to deliver assembly-ready parts with stable color/finish.

Hardcoat on die-cast alloys is usually blotchy and dull due to porosity. We consistently deliver a uniform, retail-grade hard anodized finish on die-cast parts—smooth A-surfaces, stable color, and repeatable results at production volumes.
